3E’s creative team has carved a space in interactive digital marketing offering effective strategic web design & development, e-commerce and online marketing services with a client base in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin, Regional Queensland and NSW.

Founded by George Chapman, 3E Innovative was born out of a market need in 2001 and is a Creative New Media business comprising of creative, design, journalism, digital and programming talent with onsite access to digital and traditional services.

3E pioneered the collectivisation of art sector publicity material along with adjunct publications and grew quickly adding most of the major private and Regional Galleries in SE QLD to its client list. This saw 3E move from a home based business to its first commercial premises in Stanley St in 2002 at which time the staff increased to three. Continually in need of more space, in 2004 3E moved to larger premises round the corner in Annerley Rd South Brisbane and saw the addition of a programmer to fulfil the growing need in new media and new clients from outside the sector such as Lihir Gold Ltd and Griffith University.

Late In 2007 3E moved to its current premises in Salisbury. In 2008 3E purchased the Westender Newspaper to add to its own publishing interests and strength where a strong Design and Programming team with onsite access to Digital and Offset Print, Bindery and Mailing Services now serves a broad range of clients across Eastern and Northern Australia in Arts Industries, Mining, Medical, Local Government, Political Parties NFPs, and SMEs.

In March 2020, Paul Gleave took over 3E as owner, having worked within 3E and with George Chapman since 2012. Having an existing relationship with many 3E clients, Paul will ensure 3E’s solid relationship with its valuable clients will continue, and continue to service the needs, and provide solutions for all clients, past, present and new.
